Brooklyn living... Another mum friend of mine (who also happens to be English, from Leicester) lives nearby. In a big, fancy building, with a lift (wow!) and a buzzer system... Have always been somewhat jealous until I visited her last night and saw this on her floor on the door where they throw their rubbish.
This isn't a joke apparently...
